Our Care Services
Rehabilitation and Therapy
Rehabilitation at Pickaway Manor offers inpatient and outpatient post-hospital rehab to help those recently discharged from the hospital following a hospitalization, surgery, or acute medical event.
A variety of accommodations are available in our rehabilitation and nursing center, including furnished private and semi-private rooms. Our comprehensive therapy services include physical, occupational, and speech therapies, along with a personalized plan of care designed for every patient to focus on specific outcomes supporting independence, mobility, and self-care.
Outpatient treatment is provided for those who do not require 24-hour care and choose to live at home while traveling to the center to receive services. Before completing outpatient rehabilitation, patients will receive a customized home exercise program to maximize function and independence.
Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care
We offer skilled nursing and personal care services for long-term residents who need extra support. As with all Pickaway Manor services, care is tailored to the individual. Upon admission, each resident has a personalized care plan created based on their needs, as well as the input of medical experts, the resident, and the resident’s family.
In addition to receiving support with activities of daily living while in skilled nursing at Pickaway Manor, residents can also enjoy a wide range of services and amenities designed to maximize their quality of life. They’ll have the opportunity to participate in person-centered, meaningful activities.
Cranberry Park Assisted Living
Assisted living residents at Pickaway Manor get the perfect mix of independence and support. We offer private suites that can be decorated to each resident’s personal tastes and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
Our homelike suites feature separate living, sleeping, and kitchenette areas, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, an emergency call system, a full private bath, and a walk-in closet. We encourage you to personalize your suite with your own furnishings.
Assisted Living Rehab and Recovery
For a daily rate plus a level of care charge, Assisted Living Rehab & Recovery offers a comfortable, fully-furnished apartment suite alongside 24/7 nursing support and personal care assistance.
Other program amenities include:

Respite Care
Pickaway Manor offers respite care, or short-term stays, that can vary from a few days to a few weeks. We provide furnished respite suites in both our skilled nursing and assisted living levels of care. Your loved one will have access to a nursing team 24 hours a day, with a personalized care plan.
Respite-stay guests at Pickaway Manor receive the same patient-directed care as our residents. This includes a compassionate interdisciplinary team that ensures their individual needs are met as well as access to numerous services, activities, and amenities.
It’s typically best to plan ahead for a respite care stay, but we understand that it’s not always possible. If an urgent need arises, feel free to contact us to check our availability.
Hospice Care
Pickaway Manor’s signature end-of-life care allows residents to experience their final days with peace of mind and dignity. Our skilled medical professionals understand that a dignified passing is an elemental part of a good life. Dining Services
At Pickaway Manor, we’ve de-institutionalized the dining experience. Time spent in the dining room is dignified, comfortable, and pleasant. A beverage cart circles the dining room offering residents their drink of choice. To provide more flexibility, we have room service, snacks, guest meals, and coffee service.
Choice is very important in our dining program. We offer therapeutic diets and have registered and licensed dietitians on staff to work with our dining services manager to ensure specialized meals are properly planned and served.
