What you’ll need:
1 cup Fage Plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Fruit Preserves of choice
2 Tbsp High Fiber Granola
Layer ingredients in a small bowl and enjoy!
High Protein Eggnog
What you’ll need:
Premier Protein – 1 Container of Vanilla Flavor
Low Fat Eggnog
Mix together and enjoy!
Santa Special
What you’ll need:
Premier Protein – 1 Container Flavor of Choice
3 Cookies of Choice
Enjoy together!
High Protein Hot Chocolate
What you’ll need:
1 cup / 8 oz Fairlife Chocolate Milk
1 Packet Carnation Instant Breakfast
1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
Mini Marshmallows
Heat up chocolate milk, then mix all ingredients and enjoy!
High Protein Banana Pudding
What you’ll need:
Premier Protein – 2 Containers of Vanilla Flavor
Powdered Banana Pudding
Sliced Bananas
6 Nilla Wafers
Mix protein and banana pudding until desired consistency, divide pudding into two portions. Put the first portion at the bottom of the bowl, layer of banana slices, layer of Nilla wafers, then top with remaining pudding and enjoy!
Mini Fish and Chips
What you’ll need:
1 Package Albacore Tuna
1 Tsp Olive Oil Mayo
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Mix together tuna, mayo, paprika and garlic powder and enjoy on Triscuits!
Chia Seed Pudding

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup High Protein Milk of Choice
1 Tbsp of Honey
Berries of Choice
