Samaritas has proudly served the community for over 35 years. The move to acquire the campus started 2nd quarter 2024, following the announcement that Samaritas made a decision to sell the property. This campus includes skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care, independent living and a Cottage community for independent seniors. The independent living community on campus formerly known as “The Terraces” will be managed by StoryPoint Group – an expert in senior living experience.
